Celebrate the Chinese New Year at Café Ginori at The St. Regis Florence, with a unique reinterpretation of the iconic Tea Ritual that evokes ancient Chinese tradition.
Indulge in the special Tea blend signed by our Tea Sommelier: an exquisite Long Jin green tea, expertly mixed with Jujube, Goji berries, Longan and chrysanthemum flowers. Perfectly combined with an ensemble of classic scones, sandwiches and homemade pastries, enriched with Chinese delicacies: bao with custard cream, sesame balls, and tapioca soup.
